Yep, Finland. And they're luxury cars, the kind only really, really rich people will be buying. When they made the loan, Biden promised they'd provide American jobs. I'm willing to bet somebody in that company donated a lot of money to Obama's re-election campaign.
There are now enough of these cases compiled to hurt Obama next year. This is a good thing.
