Actually, those are not required to make the tool work:

"Classes" is optional and is intended for use *only* if there are useful classes within the .app file that you want to expose to the entire Thor framework or other tools. I suggetst you just leave it as an empty string.

"Link" is just a URL that can point to a website where more information can be found about the tool. It can also be an empty string.

Also, the way I told you to look at Thor_Tool_GoFish.prg was just to help you see what a finished tool prg looks like. You can acutally create a new Tool prg right from Thor. Chosse Thor->Setup from the Thor menu, then click on the Tool Definitions tab and you will see a button for Create Tool at the bottom of that page.


This will create a tool in the \Tools\ MyTools folder. You should place all your custom Tool in MyTools.
