>Hmm, I'm not seeing that. What I am seeing is that each row has a mover button which allows me to drag each row individually to a new row. How do I get the "sort order" grid and "sort now" button?

Ah! The light comes on. I see what you are saying now:

1. Add a "Change sort order" button on my form.

2. This button will call a form with your "sort grid" on it that shows the columns from my underlying form

3. Let the user move things (the column names) around to their liking, then click on a Sort Now button.

4. The Sort Now button reorders the recordsource on my original form to match the order set by the user.

Did I finally get it right?
Frank.
