I currently migrate VFP3 app to 5.0. Standard forms work OK, but when some form contains OCX sometimes it goes wrong way and I have to spent time changing code. I didn't try yet to install 5.0 exe on workstation using VFP3. Hopefully, MS has cared of this situation and it should not be a problem.
