How aware do you think the average worker is about the real costs and financial risks that go into running a business? Taxes, lease expenses, insurance, and let's not forget the cost to pay for attorneys in the litigious society we live in. No, they will just look at what they make per hour and the cost for the product or service they are providing and make a simplistic assumption about how they are getting screwed by their employer. Bring on the unions to "fix" it.
