We have tested on machines running both Win7-32 and Win7-64, and have over all no problem. But one a few machines, with the same stup, we don't manage to "connect" to Outlook (32-bit).

Maybe a permissions issue? Do you see a difference if you run your app as an Administrator?

You might also check the Application Event Log, sometimes there are messages there that can point to the problem.
