Context is important. This thread is about buying a PHONE. I posted a link that showed how Android phones are being orphaned. Then YOU posted something about Windows being fragmented. (I can't find *any* of your posted when looking at the entire thread). Since the entire conversation was about PHONES, I'm trying to understand how Windows phones are fragmented.

From what I can see, there was nothing in this thread about Windows PCs until you apparently brought it up when talking about fragmentation.
