Again, personal opinion.

But I'll tell you why I went with a Windows Phone.

iPhone was ruled out because I totally hate iTunes. It's a horrible piece of software and it won't come near my PC.
Android is ruled out because I don't trust Google at all.
Blackberry seems outdated compared to Android, iPhone, and WinPhone.

That pretty much left Windows Phone. It does have its warts and issues, but it won out because of the above issues.
