I tried to update it via Thor. It said that clear all is going to be run (which was OK for me), then it said that 'update was successful' and then VFP error appeared 'File is in use' When I got out of this error and tried to invoke GoFish, I got an error as it's not there.

I'm going to re-start VFP and re-try now.

UPDATE. Re-starting VFP and re-running 'Check for Updates' cleared the problem. So, the only annoying problem is that it tries to open CodePlex sites in multiple tabs when I'm not asking for that.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
