What, you don't like the default Fisher-Price theme for XP (aka "Luna")? :)

There are XP themes that mimic 7 e.g. Google [windows 7 theme for xp]. There is a whole universe of XP themes if you Google [xp themes].

One thing to note, on W2K3 the Themes service is disabled by default, you will need to enable and start it for any themes to work at all. If you enable and start it, local console sessions and remote sessions in non-TS mode get the Luna theme by default. I don't have TS on a test box so I can't tell what TS sessions will get.
