I have a single user who keeps encountering the following error:

OLE exception error: Exception code c0000005. OLE object may be corrupt

The user has rebooted and the error is still occurring.

This is in a form used by a few users, and nobody else is experiencing the problem.

Any suggestions about how to correct this?
