Now I don't know if I have it fixed or not. But I noticed now that the progress Sending/Receiving does pop up ever so many minutes (as specified in Send/Receive Groups). Also I noticed that Outlook icon on the Taskbar no longer has red X (which was the case last night). But in the Outlook, on Send/Receive Ribbon the botton Work Offline has red X. Kind of confusing.
