VFP 5.0 won't run under Win3.x, so if any of your users are running on Win3.x, don't convert. You'll also need to supply new ODBC drivers to the user that needs to access the data from outside VFP. The VFP 5.0 ODBC driver is available at www.microsoft.comvfoxpro
