>Are you sure the monitor the Win7 machine is using supports 1920x1080 resolution? If not, you may only be seeing a portion of the 1920x1080 screen on your monitor and it is set to scroll if you move your mous off the edges.
I am pretty sure that the monitor supports 1920x1080. But I found another setting, Display, which is set to largest text (150%). I have changed it to 125% and need to reboot to see if it makes the difference.
