No, you are safe in our trains, we just do non life-threatening stuff (although when we read some of the requests, some people is actually in danger, like the other day we've got a request like this: "one of my reports is not working, please fix it", never mind that there are some hundred reports in that particular application alone, and of course why providing any details, we should be smart enough to figure it out, right?
