I disabled Kapersky Anti-Virus on the server and on the workstations. This seemed to fix the problem. I then added my application and all dbf, cdx, fpt, dbc, dct,dcx and frx files to the exclusion list for real-time protection.

I'm waiting to hear from the client if the problem occurs again.
