>>>>>>>>>>>>Voters around the country are concluding it’s better to be red than dead—applying a whole meaning to an old phrase. If you do not currently live in a red state, there’s a good chance you will be in the near future. Either you will flee to a red state or a red state will come to you—because voters fed up with blue-state fiscal irresponsibility will elect candidates who promise to pass red-state policies.

>>To be clear, I'm not against vaccination in general, polio, Hep, etc are very effective and important. We are not at that level with the flu. The current crop of vaccines is a crap shoot and not a cure all. I've seen the stories of an uber-vaccine before. When it happens then I'll consider it, until then the side-effects of the present yearly vaccines are not worth it.

>Okay. But, if you get the flu you'll wish you had the injection and if you don't get the flu, you'll be right. ;-)

Whether I get the flu or not will makes no difference. For me the potential side effects are not worth the potential benefits. 59% effective is not enough for me considering I've never had the flu. Eating dirt seems to be 100% effective for me. ;)
