Why does it have to? You can use an arbitrarily sized RTF in the class and it adjusts itself to the correct size when the form runs.

You can't call methods at design time, you can have a builder run those lines of code, but why go through the effort. It may look a little funky at design time but who really cares? As long as the RTF sets itself to whatever size you've laid it's container out on the forms where you use it.
