You might want to consider Pentaho. If you do a lot of migrations between different data sources
(like dbf, mysql, excel, Mssql, Postgres, and others) like I do you'll find taking the time to learn a real ETL like Pentaho
becomes a real asset.

Pentah is free which is bonus.
