I'm back

Working on an old application, not sure if I have the latest and greatest source code, but (of course) the .exe works fine at the development machine, but when we try to run it on a production machine, I'm getting the dreaded "the application has failed to start because MSVCR70.DLL was not found..." error. The line of code in question (I think) is:

Set Library To "FOXTOOLS.FLL"
MReg=REGFN("SndPlaySound","CI","I","mmsystem")

An earlier version of the exe works on the production machine, so I'm kinda in a quandry
