Cesar,
I tried FoxyPreviewer and pdf is created correctly. In windows 7 with latest ghostscript some bitmap files in reports cause similar ghostscript error : rangecheck , offending command: image. It looks like ghostskript does not handle some types of images.
Sometimes this can fixed by re-saving bitmap files as monochrome.
reports contain fields with diffrent font scripts.
To show them properly in pdf image mode is required in FoxyPreviewer . Using ghostscript printer driver renders
them correctly and allows text search in pdf.
Thank you very much for excellent tools. They are better than those available in .NET
