They want everyone to be on the same page - you know - lowest common denominator..

Everyone makes the same money. Everyone gets the same free stuff from the gub-mint. Everyone has the same IQ (intelligent people will need to be reprogrammed). It's worked great in countries that have implemented it (Cambodia, China, etc).
