Because In-top level form cannot be modal.

You can use another trick:
- set ShowWindow to 0
- set Desktop to .T.


Yes, that will work alright. But, a ShowWindow value of 0 means the form is "In Screen". Will this work if my main form is not the VFP screen? I usually use my own form as my main form.
