Is the following a valid script to attach a database to SQL Server 2008?

GO
CREATE DATABASE [MyDatabase] ON
( FILENAME = N'E:\FolderName\MyDatabase.mdf' ),
( FILENAME = N'E:\FolderName\MyDatabase_log.LDF' )
FOR ATTACH
GO
