I will a little later when I have a chance to connect. Although I asked the customer (yesterday) if he could detach the database so that I can attach it again.

He wrote to me the following prior to me attaching the database:

"The one caveat though is that, before you detach the database in your dev environment to transfer to us, you need to create the user ‘dlitvak’ and assign it the ‘db_owner’ role in the database so that when you attach it to our server the accounts will match up and it will give your account access to it."

I thought I did exactly what he asked (above) but still having issue.
