>>The rewards (bonuses) came as they were making gobs of money for their investors (ie. doing their job). When it all went to hell, they should've burned. Instead they were bailed out, thus again performing their job well. Our anger needs to be directed in the correct direction and directing it at Wall st is a waste of time.

What anger? As it becomes more obvious how "free markets" function, the supply of chumps will dry up so dealers will be reduced to trying to shave $ off each other. As long as their virtual poker games aren't at the expense of everybody else, good luck to them and may their earnings fully reflect their contribution to society and the economy.

>>Who? Many people. Unless you're suggesting that money is the only driving force in all people. In which case I have a few generations of farmers I'd like to introduce you to. There have always been rich and poor, uber-rich and destitute. The difference in a free market capitalistic society is that everyone is afforded the opportunity to achieve the highest wealth status.

LOL at the last slogan. As for money as a driver: why insert the word "only"? Money is not the only driving force, but it is a driving force. Especially if you want people to undertake long degrees and Dickensian residencies so you can have doctors. They aren't saints and being academically gifted, they could expect to do well in practically any endeavor. Keep incentivizing easier options and you'll get what you deserve.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
