In my case, it is for the incoming, such that would be Request.

There is a few I can get like this:

            cContentEncoding = oRequest.ContentEncoding.EncodingName
            cContentType = oRequest.ContentType
            nContentLength = oRequest.ContentLength

While others like this:

            ' For each HTTP header
            For lnCounter = 1 To oRequest.Headers.Count
                ReDim loObject(2)

                loObject(1) = oRequest.Headers.GetKey(lnCounter - 1)
                loObject(2) = oRequest.Headers.Get(lnCounter - 1)

                oHeader.Add(loObject)
            Next
