Not dissing Ruby on Rails at all (I have heard all good things about it) but how do you mean dynamic there? One of the things that appeals to me about ASP.NET MVC is it is reportedly very hospitable to dependency injection / IoC. Do you mean it isn't strongly typed?
For that matter ASP.NET isn't as strongly typed as it was before the last couple of releases.
