No, I do not understand you. How can you expect that a simple decision, lets say going out for a walk which ends in some tragic outcome, is your fault, that you were responsible for it? And I think it is so for just the same argument you use, life does not occur in a vacuum, and there is no way that you can take into account all possibilities for every single decision you make.
