Hi Koen,

In my opinion the visual handicapped will already have their windows settings defined to accommodate for their impairment, and if still required there are the windows accessibility (easy of access now) tools.

Now, if you anyways want to provide the feature, at least should be an option, so people like me can disable it altogether to have a behaviour like the one I described.
