Yes, that is most likely what they are wanting to block, but the way they have put it seems to restrictive to me.

My (friend) lawyer said:

"The last clause means that you cant do any business that consitutes a conflict of interest while working for them. it's pretty ambiguous because the contract is really bare. The problem is what will constitute a conflict of interest. It can be anything like working for their competitors, or someone who has a business relationship with them, etc."

So his advice is to get rid of that clause.
