You might set a price on that- e.g. suggest an $x monthly retainer for a year in which case of course you'll commit to shun competitors of your special customer. I've sent them my contract and specified a no-compete clause:

Consultant agrees to not offer services similar to those performed for Client to any of Client’s competitors in Trinidad & Tobago during the term of this agreement and for 12 months afterward.

I haven't been watching the cricket (I killed cable many years ago when I noticed my daughters getting "Disney attitudes", I was amazed at how much a change this made to their imagination and personal development) but have been checking up on the results. Was very pleased when the Kiwis beat the Aussies the other day :) What was it, first victory in 16 years?
