I agree just about every structured framework tool both open source and paid has a searchable forum attached right to their own web site. Look at Strataframe they have a searchable forum and they don't redirect you to some other paid site for support you pay for their product you atleast get that limited form of support and the ability to search for free. From a business perspective it's easier to justify the added expense if you're actually paying the originating company for support and not second or third party. Personally, I think it's bad business to do such a thing. But, I'm just a user with an opinion.
