The application I am supporting these days uses a lot of Word automation. Maybe it just wasn't coded well -- a comment here and there would be nice, like when you call .Printout with seven parameter commas omitted -- but it is a labyrinth to me and my coworkers. When Yana assigns me an issue in one of those programs I always assume she's irritated at me ;-)
