The guys in the nfl are freaks of nature. I worked with a guy who played for the Packers under Lombardi. He was 6'3" tall and weighed 290 (after being out of football for several years). He was as quick as a cat when we played racketball, could break the ball with a slam, and when he didn't kill the shot, he would just turn sideways and you'd never see it go by. He could dunk a basketball and he only played for about three years. Imagine what the superstars are like.

Also, I don't like to brag, but I told Bubba (Francis) Winkler, that I could have played in the NFL except for four things. After hearing what I had to say, he agreed.



>You know what bugs me about the steroid stuff in baseball? It is much more prevalent in football and no one is outraged at all. The NFL keeps it swept under the rug. Like 350 pound guys who can run the 40 in 4.5 got that way honestly. Puhleeze.
