>Might depend on what you mean by 'production folder' (or at least it's location) but look at the VS post-build on the project properties 'Build Events' tab. You can specify a batch file to run and the circumstances when this should happen.

Just wanted to have the new version directly in another folder then ...\bin\whathaveyou. I found a way to do that.
