I have an application installation on 10 seperate machines around the uk. Over a period of time I created three different methods of sending emails from the software:

Outlook Automation
CDO (Fast Method with no error feedback)
CDO (Slow Method with error feedback). (Works with hotmail, gmail etc)

One of my customers has been using the second method with no problems for several years, The emailing section of the software hasn't been changed at for a while, but for this one customer it doesn't send all of a sudden.

All three methods don't work, I've turned off the Windows firewall and all virus checkers etc, I've even installed a virtual machine using VWMWare 8, and get the same results?

The customers provider is Wanadoo, (Originally called Freeserve then Orange)

My internet provider setup with BTBusiness Broadband works fine

Any ideas anyone?
