Can someone tell me the meaning and use of the TIMESTAMP column thats in an SCX table (i.e., the metadata for a form)?

For example, is there a way to tell when a certain control was added to my form? I'm trying to trace through some form changes and want to pinpoint when various controls were added and I'm hoping I can translate the value in the MyForm.timestamp (SCX) table into something meaningful.
