Dear all,
I've a sales invoice screen where I can the barcode of my products to replace represent the product code.
Barcode is mainly all digit (up to 16 digit in length) and we frequently hit problems where the values shown on the screen has some numbers changed to characters, e.g. 8 becomes a B or zero becomes O and recently, 3 becomes 8 etc.
Have changed scanners and replace with new ones, still same issue.
My questions are,
1) in the field that accepts barcode values, will the font setting affect the barcode?
2) What could be the cause of the error in barcode scanned besides scanner issue?

The barcodes looks clear and shouldn't be a bar code printer problem.
