The HP LJ 6 drivers from the Windows CD are a piece of (*&^@#$. I just saw them absolutely hard crash a client machine, to the point where the soft power switch wouldn't even shut the machine down. I deleted the 6 drivers and installed the HP LJ3 instead and it works just fine. You might check the HP website for new drivers.
