The broken link has been fixed for Core, Not sure about the other as of
this time (8 PM EST On Halloween Night)... I dont know what happened cause
I downloaded the full this morning, Went back to get the Core, Was broken
link, and now its fixed...

And No.. U dont need both the full and the core, I needed different ones
for a buddy...
