I make a back up of my table and it's memo file everytime my app runs.
Today I needed to recover the backup and I got the dreaded "memo file missing or invalid" message.
Is there a way to recover the lost file?

I had been changing the file extension from .FTP to .BKP
I have now learned that I should be renaming the text on the other side of the decimal.

Any help?
