It depends on what she is going to study, I just talked to my Nephew, he is doing his Engineering Masters at UTS http://www.uts.edu.au/ and recommends it (more practical), he also recommended NSW University http://www.unsw.edu.au/ as well.
He says there are others but they are more on the theory side with no practical, so you come out with a degree but no one will employ you.
