woof...someone got sold something - and I bet that somewhere in the client office there is someone who was pointing this out as a HUGE problem and got told to sit down and shut up.

They get these orders from their web site into their system but they don't match that with the income stream from the payment handler, instead they match what the handler tells them with one hand with what the handler tells them with the other hand. And these people are accountants !
