I downloaded the manual install version of Telerik Web Controls that is supported by MM.NET which is 2010.1.309.35. I unzipped the RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2010_1_309_dev.zip files into C:\Telerik.

With Telerik you need to add the Telerik dll's to the GAC. I do not know why, but the Telerik installer does not do this by default. The MM controls expect to find the referenced assembly in the GAC when you use the mmTelerik controls in your project. Also, confirm you are using MM 2010; which dot net version are you using? The folder for Telerik bin35 is for framework 3.5.. Do you also have a folder Bin40?
