Then yes, there are locking restrictions - I just don't remember what they are right off the top of my head. So, you're going FROM SQL Server TO VFP?

>Thanks Dorris. I am actually using VFP tables and doing Sql updates to those tables. I am not sure that a limit can be set to restrict the amount of locks.
