In the latest versions of IE, we can see that it includes a 2 pixels grey border inside its container. To see what I mean, simply build a small HTML page with a TABLE with something in it. Then, in your table, add a style like this:
<TABLE CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 WIDTH=1000 Style="Margin-Top: -10px;">
You will see that the table starts 10 pixels higher but there is this 2 pixel grey container border that IE includes now. Has anyone found a way to get rid of that?

In Firefox and Google Chrome, I do not have this problem as the body html page container starts exactly inside the browser container.
