The company is Kramer and Frank, a law firm specializing in debt collection. The app is line of business VFP software which a majority of the ~175 employees use all day long. Some of it is up to date and some of it is ancient, literally going back to the 80s in dBASE III style. It's not pretty and they know that. A parallel team is rewriting it in C#.NET, a project that is scheduled to go on for a long time. (Be skeptical if they tell you that you will be part of that effort). There are three on-staff developers supporting the legacy system. The people are nice and it's an enjoyable place to work.
