Isn't this part of the general effort to tax internet purchases? There has been a lot of publicity involving Amazon. Not that I don't enjoy not paying sales tax to Amazon (and others) but IMO it is a little unfair for the industry behemoth to not have to charge sales tax while the brick and mortar mom and pops do.
