We lived thru the golden age of "Xbase" and undertandingly do not want to throw away our expertise. Like many of you I also work in VB/Access and to me it's a "no contest" with VFP but, I would be very interested to hear the opinion of a young programmer that might have started with another 4GL, say Powerbuilder, SQL Windows or the like and is now working with VFP.
